Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Esti Echelon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Return Process:

To return an item, please email customer service at info@estiechelon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Exceptions:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
